Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates. Interns work on meaningful projects across multiple tracks, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops focused on core business concepts.

Interns may work in technical or non-technical areas. Housing is not provided. The program runs from June to August, up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with continuous college enrollment (full-time undergrad/grad).
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Population Health Enterprise Operations & Optimization team on strategic initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience with operational leaders, data analysts, and project managers.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
