Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (verified via transcript).
• Current enrollment in a college or university.
• Experience with Microsoft products including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint or comparable tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must submit a written analysis of project work and present to leadership at program end.
• Freshman/Sophomore candidates may participate in leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and understand business needs from stakeholders.
• Review business processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies for productivity improvements.
• Assist with project planning, organization, and prioritization.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to leaders.
