Job summary

You will design dashboards in Power BI, learn data visualization, and collaborate across teams to impact business outcomes in a not-for-profit health organization.

This temporary, full-time internship runs May 19, 2027, at our Johnston, IA location, Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (verified through transcript).
• Currently enrolled in college or university.
• Experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Review processes to identify efficiency opportunities and improvements.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging tech to boost productivity.
• Assist with project planning and prioritization on real-world projects.
• Prepare and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
