Delta Dental of Iowa is seeking a Technical Business Analyst Intern for Summer 2027 in Johnston, Iowa. You will work with the Technology team to elicit requirements, document requests, and test development updates.

You’ll meet with business representatives, learn how operations intersect with IT, and explore AI-enabled tools to support business goals while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student pursuing MIS, Business Administration, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (verified by transcript).
• Current enrollment in college or university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
• Submit written analysis of project work and present to leadership at end of program.
• Freshman/Sophomore may participate in Insure Your Future program.

Responsibilities
