Job summary

SWAN Denver is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager in the Denver metro area. The role focuses on data analysis, payroll assistance, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination.

The successful candidate will manage data, streamline processes, and maintain reporting tools, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure operational alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational data, reporting tools, or workflow documentation.
• 2–4 years in administrative support, business operations, or data/reporting roles.
• Certifications in CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
• Support payroll, safety, compliance/licensing by gathering data and coordinating communication.
• Maintain databases for statistical reporting and automate/analalyze operational reports.
