Job summary

Swooped is seeking a Business Operations professional to help scale the business by delivering financial and operational insights across sales, marketing, customer success, and product. You’ll analyze data, build scalable processes, and collaborate with leadership to forecast and set targets. A high-growth, hybrid role with SF presence.

You’ll be at home with data, building analytics tools and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking or business operations.
• At home with data: you’re totally at ease digging into data, especially with SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting. Experience building sales and marketing systems.
• Excellent presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce admin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial and business performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency across teams.
• Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to develop automated data reporting and analytics tools.
