Job summary

SWAN Denver is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative, analytic, and operational support to the General Manager. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional workflows, payroll assistance, and data‑driven reporting to streamline business processes in a Denver facility.

The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational data, reporting tools, or workflow documentation.
• 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, business operations, or data/reporting roles.
• Certifications such as CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
• Support payroll, safety, compliance/licensing by gathering data and coordinating communication.
• Maintain databases and automate/analyze operational reports with minimal manual intervention.
• Perform basic to intermediate data analysis and prepare actionable summaries.
• Document workflow changes and standardize processes across departments.
• Review operational processes with leadership and implement best practices.
• Support projects assigned by the General Manager and ensure timely execution.
