Job summary

Collectors is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with Customer Relations, translating business questions into clear insights and actionable reporting. This role sits in our Operations Analytics team with the Senior Manager, and requires strong data fluency and stakeholder communication.

You will be onsite 3+ days a week in Santa Ana, CA, driving dashboards and performance insights across call centers and processes.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations or business analytics, with customer-facing and production or supply chain experience.
Data fluent across multiple data sources, tools, and systems.
Proficient in SQL; experienced with visualization tools (Lightdash/Tableau/Looker).
Experience supporting customer service, call centers, or CRM-heavy environments.
Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Embed yourself in Operations teams to understand needs and build reporting that supports them.
Translate business needs into actionable reporting and analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports accessible to non-technical audiences.
Support Customer Relations with reporting on call center performance and customer trends.
Partner with operations leadership on analytics around resourcing and throughput.
Leverage data across internal systems to identify trends and guide projects from scoping through delivery.
Train team members on data tools and best practices to build analytical self-sufficiency.
