Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS/BB A or 2-year MA/MS with expected graduation by Dec 2026.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn financial operations.
• Root-cause analysis; independent problem solving.
• Maintenance of issue logs and escalation of problems.
• Experience with data analytics, large data sets, data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end client lifecycle management from onboarding through account maintenance.
• Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets.
• Support document review, data reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Analyze reference data to support trading.
• Troubleshoot client inquiries related to account processing and access.
• Ensure accurate execution of investor tickets and trades, and coordinate settlement.
• Support data analytics and reporting; governance of reference data.
• Report risk internally and externally; run attributions and present findings.
• Identify process gaps and create Tableau dashboards; implement AI/ML solutions.
