Responsabilités

• Assist end-to-end client lifecycle management from onboarding to account maintenance.
• Process, clear, and service transactions and tickets.
• Support document review, data reconciliation, and payments.
• Analyze reference data to support trading.
• Troubleshoot client inquiries about account processing.
• Ensure accurate execution of investor tickets and trades.
• Develop Tableau dashboards to support reporting.
• Identify process gaps and propose automation with Tech teams.
• Implement AI/ML solutions to improve operations.
