Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a motivated Full-Time Analyst for the Operations Analyst Program in the United States. You will join a high-performing team, learn the firm’s operations, and contribute to processing, trade/asset support, reporting, and transformation efforts.

Expect induction training and a clear path to advancement based on performance and role expansion. You will interact with diverse stakeholders, solve problems, and attend events while building bank product expertise and process

Qualifications

Pursuing a BA/BS/BBA or 2-year MS/MA with expected graduation date Dec 2026 or earlier.
Strong teamwork and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end client lifecycle management from onboarding to account maintenance.
Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions and tickets.
Support data reconciliation, report generation, and governance of reference data.
Analyze reference data to support trading and respond to client inquiries.
Develop data analytics and reporting for the team and business lines.
Identify process gaps and collaborate with Technology to optimize workflows.
Create Tableau dashboards to aid reporting and decision making.
Explore AI/ML solutions to improve operations and client servicing.
