You’ll rotate within several lines of business to gain experience and potentially receive a full-time offer after successful completion. Locations include Newark, DE and other hubs, with a strong emphasis on data analytics, dashboards, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end client lifecycle management and onboarding.
• Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions and tickets.
• Support data reconciliation, reporting, and analytics for the team.
• Create Tableau dashboards to aid in reporting and decision-making.
• Explore AI/ML opportunities to improve operations.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with Technology teams to optimize workflows.
