Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Summer Analyst for its Operations Analyst Program in the United States. You will begin with a comprehensive 9-week training and then join an Operations team within one of our lines of business to work on processing, reporting, data analysis and automation initiatives.

This internship provides exposure to senior leaders, a peer network, and potential full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS/BBA or 5th year MA/MS with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• All majors considered; well-rounded academic background.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end client lifecycle activities from onboarding to account maintenance.
• Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions and tickets.
• Support data reconciliation, and payment processing; monitor for system integrity.
• Analyze reference data to support trading and reporting.
• Troubleshoot client inquiries related to account processing and access.
