Job summary

Quincy Wells Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our operational functions across multiple subsidiaries. You’ll analyze data, document processes, and help implement improvements that drive efficiency and excellence.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll monitor workflows, develop operational reporting, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred.

• Experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve operational processes across subsidiaries.
• Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics and KPIs.
• Document, update, and maintain SOPs across the organization.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Provide timely support for escalated operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for workflow efficiency.
• Conduct audits to identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes.
• Assist in implementing new tools, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
