The Florida Department of Revenue seeks an Operations Analyst II in the General Tax Administration Program, Taxpayer Services Process, Collections Unit. The incumbent assists taxpayers by telephone and written correspondence regarding billings and delinquencies and works to resolve accounts.

They update records and coordinate with department personnel for final resolution, and provide information on filing obligations and department rules.

Qualifications

• Experience researching, reviewing, and resolving complex Florida tax account issues using SUNTAX.
• Handle taxpayer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
