Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking an Operations Analyst I for the General Tax Administration program's Return and Revenue Processing Data Management Unit. You will manage workflow, monitor processes, resolve issues, and serve as a liaison between managers, work units, and other processes.

Responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning work, conducting quality reviews of processed work, researching documents, and reporting errors from internal customers.

Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue's General Tax Administration Program.
• One year of experience processing tax returns using the Fairfax Imaging Management System (IMS).
• One year of experience creating or maintaining accounts in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) via Social GUI/Social Daemon or the Modernize Electronic Filers (MEF) Report.
• Six months of experience processing tax returns in the Data Management Fairfax Work Queues.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management and monitoring within the Return and Revenue Processing Data Management Unit.
• Prioritize and assign work, complete quality reviews, and report errors from internal customers.
