Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Operations Analyst in our Corporate Customer Service department to turn contact center data into actionable insights that improve operations and deliver legendary service across North America.

You will build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, analyze performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable improvements. This role requires 2+ years in data analysis and strong Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Robotic Process automation (RPA) a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contact center performance data and deliver insights that inform business strategy.
• Drive improvements that enhance customer service operations, efficiency and processes.
