Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst for a major financial services client. You will join an operations team supporting fixed income financing trades, handling margin calls, trade entry/re-pricing, and settlement monitoring while collaborating with Middle Office, Cash Management, Sales & Trading, and Risk.

Initial on-site training month, then hybrid schedule with some remote work. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and teamwork, with exposure to SQL databases,

Responsibilities

• Making margin calls and entering, re-pricing, and monitoring trades through settlement by daily deadlines
• Keeping customer and trade data accurate across systems
• Tracking, reporting, and resolving trade and pricing discrepancies with internal teams
• Spotting process improvements, including chances to use AI and automation
