with a focus on meeting SLAs and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Support the LAL Telephone Hotline by responding to field inquiries and documenting conversations.
• Meet Phone Performance Metrics such as handle times, quality, professionalism, and script adherence.
• Review loan applications and servicing requests to ensure complete information within SLAs.
• Communicate missing information needed to progress loans in the Pipeline.
• Reconcile and process monetary transactions and review daily reports.
• Cross train and learn new functions to provide coverage as needed.
• Train new team members when proficient.
• Support department and bank goals and participate in related duties.
