Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operations professional to manage daily margin activity across derivatives and collateral, supporting a leading asset management platform. The role involves reconciliation, trade support, and process automation on a small, high-impact team.

You will automate manual tasks using Alteryx, Power BI, and Python, maintain data quality, and contribute to regulatory reporting and onboarding initiatives, working in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years margin/collateral experience with derivatives exposure.
• Experience with collateral systems and reference data.
• Ability to automate processes with Alteryx, Power BI, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin movements and reconcile collateral positions
• Maintain collateral systems and reference data
• Investigate and resolve breaks
• Support trade booking, settlements, and counterparty relationships
• Automate manual processes (Alteryx, Power BI, Python)
• Support regulatory reporting (UMR) and ISDA onboarding
