Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a detail-oriented program analyst to identify improvements in Excel-based tooling, reporting, and information management. You will deliver project management deliverables, manage timelines, and liaise with clients and internal teams to move projects forward.

Responsibilities include developing enhancements, training staff, and supporting rollouts of new tools and program features while driving continuous improvements in operations and reporting across the program.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of customer service/office experience and 2 years of report design and development.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry with attention to accuracy and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance program tools and reporting to improve productivity and program management.
• Plan timelines and manage milestones ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Train staff on reporting capabilities and roll out new tools or program features.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities through system and process enhancements.
