Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day program operations under the direction of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing application intake, forecasting, reporting, and QA to support program effectiveness.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in operations or program coordination; HVAC/building systems experience is a plus. Travel throughout San Diego County is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant experience.
• Experience in operations, program coordination, project management, or related role preferred.
• Experience with energy efficiency, electrification, utility, and/or incentive programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of operation team goals towards program KPIs.
• Oversee payment reviews, application intake, customer service inquiries, and scheduling.
• Manage program and project forecasting, tracking, invoicing, and reporting activities.
• Provide weekly and monthly program performance reports.
• Collaborate with program teams to identify process improvements that enhance satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams on QA requirements and contract/compliance tracking.
