Job summary

Quincy Wells Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our operational functions across multiple subsidiaries. You will analyze data, document processes, and help implement improvements that drive efficiency and excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; related fields preferred.
Experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-to-insights skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Support the Operations Manager in monitoring and improving processes across subsidiaries.
Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics and KPI trends.
Document, update, and maintain SOPs across the organization.
Identify operational gaps and support implementation of process improvements.
Provide timely support for escalated operational issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and workflow efficiency.
