HERE in New York is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract to support Sales Operations, Talent & People Ops, and day-to-day workflows.

You will maintain CRM hygiene, assist with vendor tracking, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on process accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers hybrid/remote options within EST/CST time zones, and requires 1+ year in operations; salary $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in business operations, administrative, HR or cross-functional support roles (CRM/ATS experience a plus).
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets (and Excel), with pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Enthusiastic about incorporating AI tools to elevate daily productivity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across departments.
• Self-starter with accountability for routine operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data hygiene and user provisioning; assist with sales tool administration.
• Support vendor tracking, contract renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Administer general corporate tools and manage user access across platforms.
• Coordinate candidate interview schedules across hiring teams for a smooth process.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, documentation, orientation logistics, and system access.
• Support special projects and evolving cross-functional operational needs.
