You will develop and manage plant-level metrics, including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, and inventory trends, providing visibility into performance. Responsibilities

• Support plant operations through integrated reporting and analysis.
• Develop and manage plant-level metrics (labor, WIP, variances, inventory).
• Assist capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis.
• Maintain MRP/ERP forecast processes and support planning accuracy.
• Serve as owner of reporting tools (Oracle OBI, APEX, Blitzreports) with IT.
• Track productivity initiatives and provide cost analysis for month-end close.
