Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Orangeburg, SC is seeking an Operations Analyst to support plant operations through integrated reporting and analysis.

You will develop and manage plant-level metrics, including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, and inventory trends, providing visibility into performance. You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams to maintain ERP/MRP systems, support capacity planning and production scheduling, and contribute to continuous

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Five years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support plant operations through integrated reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and manage plant-level metrics (labor, WIP, variances, inventory).
  • Assist capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis.
  • Maintain MRP/ERP forecast processes and support planning accuracy.
  • Serve as owner of reporting tools (Oracle OBI, APEX, Blitzreports) with IT.
  • Track productivity initiatives and provide cost analysis for month-end close.

  • You will supportidentification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives. Maintainproject metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • You will be responsible for providecost analysis, maintaining product standards, and supporting month-end close withvariance review and operational insight
