Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies is seeking an Operations Technician to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. You will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, such as fabrication equipment, melting operations and production systems, in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.

You will confirm semi-finished components are set to specifications using measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions for setup and operation of equipment.
• Verify semi-finished components using measuring instruments.
• Perform routine inspections, TPM, and housekeeping per 5S guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Set up and operate equipment such as fabrication and melting systems per SOPs.
• Verify specs of semi-finished components with instruments.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and 5S housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies and initiatives.

Operations Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be responsible for operating,monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment andprocesses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, suchas fabrication equipment, melting operations and production systems inaccordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workinstructions
• Confirm semi-finished components are set to specificationsusing measuringinstruments
• Perform routine inspections, equipment checks, preventivemaintenance/TPM, and organize and perform housekeeping in guidelines of 5S
• Follow all safety, environmental, and qualityregulations, policies, procedures and intiatives

• Further youwill have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment performing similar activities
• Flexibleschedule to support manufacturing needs, including overtime and weekendsas needed
• You must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand 8hrs or sit 8hrs, with or without accommodation
