Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, systems development, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and manage plant-level metrics: labor utilization, WIP, variances, equipment utilization, inventory trends, and resource reporting.
  • Support capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis; maintain MRP forecast processes and analytical support to improve planning accuracy.
  • Serve as a functional owner of reporting tools (Oracle OBI, APEX, Blitz reports) and partner with IT to sustain reporting capabilities.
  • Support identification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives; maintain project metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide cost analysis, maintain product standards, and support month-end close with variance review and operational insight.

What you will enjoy doing*
