Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes and systems in an industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety.
• Proficiency with mechanical equipment, electrical systems and industrial instrumentation.
• Familiarity with control systems and HMI platforms (Wonderware, Rockwell, Siemens).
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Lead Operations Technician

• You will safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable and efficient performance
• You shall perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that uphold plant safety and equipment integrity
• In this role you will monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency
• You are expected to adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety work policies while reporting all incidents promptly
• In addition you should collect and interpret trends in equipment and process condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions
• Additionally oversee contractors performing routine and nonroutine work to ensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Furthermore execute lockout tagout procedures and recommend improvements that enhance process availability and overall reliability
