Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Irvine, CA is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with Market Unit and RH Analytics teams to monitor and drive operational improvements in in-outlet orders.

You will support daily predictive orders, develop dashboards, report on performance, and participate in process improvement projects across the business. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required, with a strong analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Responsibilities

• The Operations Analyst collaborates with Market Unit teams, the Reyes Holdings (RH) Analytics team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor and drive operational improvement to in- outlet orders.
• Collaborate with Market Unit teams to provide support to daily predictive orders
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency
• Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports
• Support process improvement projects of significant scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed
• Other duties as assigned
