Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time team member with a rotating schedule who can assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents, and track service performance. This role requires reliability and attention to detail across freight operations.

You will collect information for operational reporting, interact with internal and external customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
