Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an Operations Specialist to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs. You will provide day-to-day operational support, coordinate activities, and document processes to keep programs running efficiently.

You'll manage and process customer applications from intake to completion, navigate established workflows, and support data collection and reporting for performance tracking. This role emphasizes internal operations with occasional client contact.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage and process incoming customer applications from intake through final completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
  • Navigate established program workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent program delivery.
  • Review data reports and derive actionable insights to inform operations leadership.
  • Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection to support internal analysis and performance tracking.
