Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Utility Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will deliver accurate, on-time billing, use data to identify issues, drive continuous improvement, and build strong client relationships while guiding prebills through approval and ensuring billing cycles stay on track.

You will partner across teams to streamline workflows and deliver a high-quality client experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
