Qualifications

• Strong English communication for internal/external customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in transportation industry and/or customer service is a plus.
• Haz-mat or worker's compensation experience is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills.
• Night shift hours may be required.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and fax on charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry: scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, payroll.
• Process invoices and monitor checks for AR/AP.
• Help process Haz-Mat paperwork for loads departing or arriving at the facility.
• Interact with and support supervisors, drivers, and dock workers.
