PITT OHIO in Center Valley, PA is hiring an Operations Admin-Customer Service to support daily freight operations. This role involves coordinating communications with customers and internal teams, processing paperwork, and handling accounts receivable/payable tasks.

Qualifications

• Command of English to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in transportation and/or customer service is a plus.
• Haz-mat or worker’s compensation experience is helpful.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong typing and ten-key skills.
• Night shift hours may be required.
• Ability to adapt to change and perform essential tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and fax on charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry including scanning bills, payroll, and freight bill details.
• Process paperwork and invoices; monitor checks and cash for AR/AP.
• Support Haz-mat information for loads and coordinate related paperwork.
