Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls and follow-up campaigns
• Prepare and send professional proposals
• Coordinate and manage multiple Sales Arborist calendars
• Deliver exceptional customer service on inbound calls
• Build strong customer relationships and process payments
• Maintain a clean, accurate CRM database
• Support Sales Arborists with documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Ensure paperwork, permits, and internal processes are completed accurately
• Monitor call quality and participate in coaching and training sessions
• Assist the OM & GM in daily branch operations
• Track key metrics and ensure operational accountability
• Roll out process improvements across the branch
