Job summary

Tree Masters in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Tree Foreman to lead a crew of tree care professionals, plan and execute work orders, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of trees across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of tree care experience, a valid driver's license, and strong knowledge of safety regulations. CDL is a plus and experience with bucket trucks is beneficial.

About the Role:

As a Tree Foreman / Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of tree care professionals to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of trees in various locations. You will be expected to oversee the daily operations of the team, including planning and executing work orders, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all trees are healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree care or related field
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety regulations
• Experienced Tree Climber in the Tree Care Industry (required)

Preferred Qualifications:
