Job summary

Emovis in Miami, Florida, is seeking a Business Process & Operational Analyst to map, analyze, and optimize back-office workflows, using data to drive efficiency and support MLFF tolling initiatives.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to translate business needs into technical specs for systems updates, while aiding change management and SOP creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable.
• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, process engineer, or operational analyst.
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments; mobility/ETC/ITS exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze end-to-end operational processes across back-office systems, customer service, and billing operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies and inefficiencies; propose data-backed re-engineering recommendations.
• Support automation initiatives (RPA, AI) to streamline workflows.
