Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Business Process Analyst to support enterprise system conversions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives by translating technical and data changes into clear business impacts and actionable training. The role emphasizes execution, field readiness, and adoption support across the organization.

You will analyze impacts, document current and future workflows, develop communications, and create user-friendly training materials to enable pilots, Go-Live, and stabilization

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five or more years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes operational, process, and role impacts from system and data conversions.
  • Documents current and future state workflows.
  • Identifies adoption risks and mitigations.
  • Develops role-based communications and Go-Live messaging.
  • Creates training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Delivers training for pilots, phased rollouts, and conversions.
  • Tracks training completion and readiness metrics.
  • Supports UAT, pilots, hyper care, stabilization.
  • Acts as first-line change support during Go-Live.
