Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or cert with practical experience and 2–5 years of related experience.
3+ years experience with backup and recovery technologies.
3+ years experience with supporting large production server environments.
3+ years experience with SCCM, specifically server patching and reporting.
Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor Veeam Backup and Recovery servers and jobs.
Support team with Veeam admin functions to ensure backups succeed.
Monitor and maintain servers in plant domains.
Support file services, backups, and server patching efforts.
Architect solutions for process improvement.
Automate and/or write scripts to automate tasks.
Cross-train team members and document all processes.
Participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery activities.
Contribute to project delivery with device configuration and vendor coordination.
Create up-to-date project/system documentation.
