Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an experienced server support professional for the OT team. The role focuses on hands-on administration, backup management with Veeam, and collaboration with OT colleagues to improve reliability and automation.

The candidate will patch and monitor production servers, write scripts to automate tasks, and contribute to disaster recovery planning while maintaining clear system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or certification with practical experience.
• 3+ years supporting large production server environments.
• Experience with backup/recovery technologies and SCCM patching.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Veeam backup and recovery servers and jobs.
• Support server patching, monitoring, and file services across plant domains.
• Automate routines with scripts and document processes for the team.
• Collaborate with OT teams and customers to implement robust solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and disaster recovery activities.
