LHH is seeking an Operations Specialist III for a Fortune 500 banking firm in Plano, TX. The role focuses on resolving operational issues, supporting processes, and driving improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will manage large workloads with accuracy, communicate clearly with teams, and implement efficient procedures across the Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group.

• Provide guidance to associates regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage large volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively throughout the resolution process.

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist III to join a leading banking organization’s Payment Control Operations Team within the Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group. This is a great opportunity for an organized, analytical professional who can manage high-volume operational activities, research issues, resolve exceptions, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
