Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Our client is a leading strategic advisory firm and registered investment advisor (RIA), focused on empowering businesses and individuals with innovative financial solutions. As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a passionate and driven Operations Specialist to join their team in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

New Account Set-Up & Database Maintenance:

• Set up new client accounts in the portfolio management database
• Update and maintain documentation in ticketing, reporting, and billing systems
• Calculate client refunds

Administrative Duties:

• Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Assist with phone calls, mass mailings, faxing, filing, and scanning

System & Operations Support:

• Act as system admin for custodial and portfolio management software users
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly audits
• Communicate with custodians, software providers, and branch offices

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 2-5 years of business experience, ideally in process management within the investment industry
• Platforms: Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, or similar platforms a plus
• Technology: Experience with Orion Advisor Technology, Tamarac, Black Diamond, or other similar platforms is highly desirable
