You will publish playbooks, oversee risk monitoring and the SMS, own the risk register, and translate insights into requirements for Roadmap prioritization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in risk/workflow maturity or management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Direct experience with Jira and structured requirements tracking to manage operational priorities.
• Practical knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles in live operations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and document operational processes clearly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish and refine operational playbooks as the source of truth.
• Oversee day-to-day risk monitoring and root-cause investigations with SMS compliance.
• Own and govern the operational risk register with clear owners and mitigations.
• Translate risk data and trends into requirements to influence roadmap prioritization.
• Analyze daily workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimize the ecosystem.
