• Experience in software engineering for simulation and data evaluation using Python or similar.
• Direct experience developing risk models and using findings to advise decisions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end risk management lifecycle per ISO 31000.

Responsibilities

• Architect best practices for risk assessment methodologies and publish internal guidance.
• Collaborate with domain experts to build robust risk assessments with scalable overhead.
• Define test coverage needed to support ongoing risk assessments and monitoring.
• Unblock barriers to scale by streamlining processes and developing enabling tools.
• Familiarize with internal and external tools to unlock increased scale without sacrificing rigor.
• Promote a robust safety culture across engineering and operations.
