Qualifications

• Two+ years in banking operations, operational risk, or legal-document processing preferred.
• Experience researching deposits/loans and subpoenas or court orders preferred.
• Knowledge of internal controls, privacy, and regulatory expectations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, review, and process customer-related legal document requests such as summonses, subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and court orders.
• Review documents for service validity, deadlines, jurisdiction, and affected customer records.
• Serve as point of contact for attorneys, courts, and government agencies to clarify scope and format.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Records to gather responsive information.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and escalate complex or overdue matters.
• Assist with risk assessments, incident reporting, and control reviews.
