Job summary

Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust is seeking a Commercial Banking Administrator to support loan origination and management of credit portfolios in a full-time Lancaster, PA office. You will assist Commercial Banking Executives with loan data entry, document preparation, and file maintenance, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Responsibilities include handling loan wires, indexing documents, coordinating with Loan Processing, and providing administrative support to Loan Officers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Two years prior loan documentation experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and complete loan data and prepare loan documents.
• Assemble and verify accuracy of loan documents using a checklist.
• Ensure loan files have forms, documentation, signatures, dates and relevant information.
