Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking an associate to deliver the digital operational resiliency program and disaster recovery solutions across cloud, on‑premise, and SaaS environments. You will partner with leadership to formalize strategies, documentation, testing, and automation while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role spans risk assessment, architecture design, and cross‑team coordination to convert legacy continuity plans into agile, high‑availability operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, or related risk assessment and remediation in technology/financial services.
• Strong technical aptitude with project management skills and ability to learn new products.
• Experience with Azure & AWS-built environments, SaaS provider architecture, and cloud-based DR methodology.
• Outstanding communicator and writer; ability to draft project plans and reports across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Digital Operational Resiliency framework to identify risks.
• Identify critical systems and operations essential to business continuity during disasters.
• Coordinate cross-functional exercises, remediation tracking, and remediation ownership with partner teams.
• Create and maintain business impact assessments and technology dependency maps.
• Plan drills and tabletop exercises to ensure preparedness; test DR plans and metrics.
