Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking an associate to deliver the digital operational resiliency program and related solutions. The role partners with senior leadership to formalize strategies, document tests, and automate analyses of business continuity and disaster recovery across cloud and on-premise environments.

The candidate will assess critical processes, design resilient architectures, and integrate security controls to prevent disruptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational resiliency/BC/DR or related risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Digital Operational Resiliency framework to identify risks.
• Lead cross-functional exercises for business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain technology dependency maps and BIAs.
• Plan drills and tabletop exercises to test preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and security controls.
• Produce leadership reports on resiliency program status.
