Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver multiple Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives simultaneously
Develop and author Disaster Recovery policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
Build detailed remediation plans and ensure timely execution against regulatory requirements
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate
Prepare and deliver progress reports, executive updates, and final submission materials
Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using appropriate tools
Set and manage expectations with stakeholders across business, technology, and risk teams
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of professional experience, including several years within financial services
Hands-on experience in Business Continuity Planning and/or Disaster Recovery
Working knowledge of U.S. financial services regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
Strong experience writing policy and procedure documentation
Big 4 consulting or equivalent experience preferred
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
