Job summary

Medical Teams International in the United States is seeking a Logistics and Readiness Manager to lead logistics for mobile clinics, hubs, trainings, and disaster deployments, ensuring safe, compliant, timely, and cost-effective service delivery.

You will oversee assets, procurement, vendor management, safety, security, and emergency preparedness, supervise staff, and provide operational analysis to leadership to strengthen readiness and program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, emergency management, occupational safety, public health, or related field.
• Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Relevant professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, CEM, CSP, CPP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for mobile clinics, program hubs, trainings, exercises, and disaster deployments.
• Oversee readiness and lifecycle management of vehicles, mobile units, and equipment.
• Develop inventory and asset-control systems for equipment, supplies, and PPE.
• Coordinate procurement activities, supplier vetting, and contract reviews.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards and donor requirements.
• Lead safety, security, and emergency preparedness efforts and trainings.
